Service Description

Postnatal Pilates suitable for those that want to build strength following pregnancy. Early participation can be facilitated for those that want to commence their rehabilitation from 3-4 weeks postnatal.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Poise Physiotherapy via email at least 24 hours in advance. There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment fee for failure to cancel without 24 hours-notice. For those that do not attend/cancel on the day their appointment the full fee will be charged. This fee does not apply to group pilates classes.
