Suitable for those longer than 2 years postnatal or with specific pelvic health concerns eg. Endometriosis

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Poise Physiotherapy via email at least 24 hours in advance. There is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total appointment fee for failure to cancel without 24 hours-notice. For those that do not attend/cancel on the day their appointment the full fee will be charged. This fee does not apply to group pilates classes.
